Hello, I'm Val. I am a warm, approachable BACP professional counsellor offering flexible counselling support: in-person, walk & talk, online and by email.
I specialise in trauma and supporting neurodivergent clients, autistic and ADHD individuals. I support counselling UK clients navigating anxiety, identity, self-esteem or life transitions. My clients come to me when they feel overwhelmed or misunderstood, and seek a space where they can simply "be themselves" without judgment.
I am a former Childline and secondary school counsellor, and you can find out more about What is Counselling Support here. I am a registered BACP member - Val McFadden Profile and hold an enhanced DBS for Adults and CYP (Children and Young People).
