Hello, I'm Val. I am a warm, approachable counsellor based near Coventry (Wolston, Warwickshire) offering in-person, online, phone, email and walk and talk therapy. 

I specialise in working with neurodivergent clients, including autistic and ADHD individuals, and those navigating anxiety, identity, self-esteem or life transitions. My clients come to see me when they feel overwhelmed and misunderstood, or seeking a space where they can simply "be themselves" without judgement.

I am a former Childline and secondary school counsellor and you can find out more about My Approach here. I am a registered BACP member - Val McFadden Profile and hold an enhanced DBS for Adults and CYP (Children and Young People).

I am able to offer such a diverse range of therapeutic options due to having a registered therapy dog with Canine Concern, and my various experiences prior to becoming a counsellor within social housing and educational sectors, as well as Childline, School and Adult Counsellor throughout my training and beyond.
